On May 11th, 2022 the Lambrick Pirates host the Carnarvon Astros for the home opener of their 2022 regular season. Pregame ceremony @ 6:15pm. First pitch is at 6:30PM @ Lambrick Park.
In March of 2022, the Lambrick Pirates suffered a loss of one of their players, Andrew Reid, a starting pitcher, who tragically passed away.
This game is being dedicated to Andrew, his family, his friends, and his teammates.
We ask that all attendees wear a sports jersey in honour of Andrew.
There will be a memorial speech commencing at 6:15PM, followed by a moment of silence and a ceremonial pitch from Andrew's family.
As mentioned before, this game is in tribute to Andrew, so come out and support the family, friends, teammates, and community devastated by the loss of a loved one.
